Return Policy
At LINLIYG, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our items (skincare and weight loss products), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to product defects.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
Once we confirm the issue, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for items that are defective or damaged, upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for products purchased. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
